Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities.

Shipping

We ship within Pakistan only. See our Shipping Policy for rates and estimated delivery times.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

STAIN AWAY does not offer general cash refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full detail.

Product use

Product usage guidance is provided for general informational purposes. Always patch-test in a hidden area and follow the garment's care label before treating a visible stain. Results vary by fabric, stain type and how long the stain has set.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, STAIN AWAY is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
