Cancellations & address changes.
Caught it in time? Here's what's possible, and what isn't.
Cancellations and address changes are possible before your order is fulfilled and handed to the courier. Once tracking has been generated and the order is in the courier's hands, we usually can't change it — contact us as soon as possible.
Cancelling an order
You can request a cancellation before fulfillment — that is, before your order has been packed and handed into the courier's shipment workflow. Once an order is fulfilled or dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Changing your delivery address
Spotted a typo in your address? Let us know before fulfillment and we'll correct it. Once an order has entered courier processing, address changes may not be possible and depend on what the courier can accommodate — we can't guarantee a reroute at that stage.

Contact us immediately
Email or WhatsApp with your order number and what you need changed.

We check the fulfillment status
If it hasn't shipped yet, we make the change or cancellation.

If it's already dispatched
We'll let you know honestly if it's too late to change, and point you to the tracking or returns process instead.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 days, so the sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can still make a change.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been fulfilled or dispatched yet. Contact us right away.
I entered the wrong address — can I fix it?
If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, yes. Once it's with the courier, an address change depends on what they can accommodate, and isn't guaranteed.
How do I know if my order has already shipped?
Check your email for a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you're not sure, contact us and we'll check for you.
