Stain guide.
Chai, salan, a leaky pen, school uniforms — start with the stain, then treat it the same simple way.
For most fresh, everyday fabric stains: apply 3–4 drops of Stain Away directly to the mark, rub gently for 10–15 seconds, then rinse the stain from the back of the fabric with cold or lukewarm water. Always patch-test first and follow the garment's care label.
Results depend on the fabric, the stain, and how long it's been set — older stains are harder to treat than fresh ones, and complete removal isn't guaranteed in every case. Stain Away isn't intended for old paint or instant adhesives like Elfy or super glue.
Should I use hot or cold water?
It depends on the stain and fabric. Cold water is a good starting point for rinsing ketchup and chocolate. Hot water isn't the best first step for every stain type.
Can I tumble-dry if the stain is still visible?
Treat it again first. Dryer heat can set a remaining mark and make it harder to remove afterward.
Does it work on every fabric and colour?
Stain Away can be used on every type of fabric and colour of clothing — but always check the garment's care label and cleaning-product restrictions first, and patch-test for colourfastness.
